Currently the Yankees are doing awesome !!!!! they won 8 games in a row. I am actually suprised that they are doing well. They are actually working as a team and I think that if they keep this up through the rest ofthe season then they might go to the World series. I am glad that they came from fourth to second place! I hope that they can keep their streak.

Currently, the yankees are doing okay. I think that they are not doing the best, but I thought that they did better on thursday's game because some of the players have come back from ingery, and they actually worked as a team. I still think that they can actually do bettter because they have in the past. If the pitchers do better and if the whole team works together then they might actually win more games.

Currently, Alex Rodriguez is recovering from March 9 surgery on his hip and will be able to play on Friday May 8 in Baltimore against the Orioles. He will be playing third base and will be batting forth for the Yankees. The whole team is very excited to have A Rod come back to the team. . Overall the Yankees are doing okay. I think that they can do better because they have done well in the past.

Recently Arod had surgery a couple of weeks ago on his hip . The Doctors say that he has been recovering just ahead of schedule. Since the doctors say that he is recovering ahead of schedule , he can rejoin the team in just 10 days !!!! Rodriguez is expected to at least hit for or five up bats as a designated hitter. He has recently been training in tampa Bay Fla. As soon as he gets back Girardi immediatley is going to put back him in third base . Overall the Yankees are doing just okay. My opinion is that Arod will be as strong as usual when he returns and I hope the Yankees do a little better .

Now here are some updates. The Yankees are really working their hardest at practicing for Opening Day wich is April 4 2009 !!!! They are really pumped and the playsers are trying to get a lot og enegry, rest ans sleep. They really hope to do good this yaer and I personally hope for the best. This year I hope that they can win another World Series Cup.

Now here are some new updates about the N.Y. Yankees. From Yaankees.com CC Sabathia lacks confidence but hopes he'll find it befoe Opening Game. A couple of days ago CC got really frustrated playing a game with the Detroit Tigers. He allowed six hits walked done batter an struck out nobody! Wow! Sabathia said that these things happen during Spring Training, HE really hopes to get out of this rut and hopes that he will get better. Jorge Posada is still recovering and trying his best. All of the Yankees are practcing hard for Opening Day! My opinion is that that the Yankee's are going to be better this year than last year.
